Overview
This section includes Survival Activities based on some core scouting skills. As well as team work, we will also be including one more of the crazy Chaos Activities. Some of these activities will be more of a teaching session, while others may be more challenged based. Ability levels and experience are not an issue, our sessions will be able to accommodate all levels of knowledge.
Activities
Knife Work - Scouts will be given a quick introductory course into how to use a knife. They may also get a chance to practice what they already know.
Obstacle Course - A team challenge assault course with an added twist.
Fire lighting - Scouts will have a chance to practice lighting fires and may also be shown new and interesting ways to light a fire.
Water Fight - Water-based game and maybe even a chance for the scouts to throw water at each other.
Low Ropes - An adventure course which is above ground. Relying on teamwork and maybe even some resilience too.
