Yes, you can continue to change the number of scouts you bring until the 31st of August. To change the number of scouts please email us or sign up more scouts with the form. You can email us at Chaoscamp@hampshirescouts.org.uk

We would like you to finalise the numbers by the 31st of August. To change your numbers please contact us by email and we will update the numbers and send you a new welcome email.

Young Leaders will need to sign up separately as volunteers they can camp and cater with you if they would like or they can camp and cater with all the other volunteers who are not with groups. Please see the volunteer page for all the details about signing up as a volunteer.

We will be sending you a link to an interface that will say the group name, the district, the number of young people and the number of leaders it will also show all the information about payments. Please note that this does not automatically update and will have to be updated periodically by a member of our team. If you worry that the information is incorrect please do not hesitate to get in touch.
